Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide HOPE for people affected by extreme poverty in India.
We focus on providing direct access to medical care, hunger relief, educational resources, and rescuing young children from unsafe living conditions related to poverty.
We do this through financial support, education, and community involvement. Over 40% of the population is living below poverty and that number may have doubled with the Covid19 pandemic.
Your contributions help feed the hungry during harsh times, rescue girls from poverty and abuse, provide education to those less fortunate, and provide medical service to those who otherwise would never be able to have it.
Through your donations, we provide help to our communities. We are changing lives one person at a time.

Our Impact
Medical Clinics Expansion in India
The Medical Clinic has grown into a new location and is serving the community with two doctors and expanded hours. They are meeting the needs of the community with weekly drives featuring blood pressure checks, glucose checks, asthma treatments for children and so much more.
We are in great need of more medical equipment and staff to add dental and vision care. This clinic is open year-round and provides very basic medical assistance to the poor community. We have recently purchased medical equipment and oxygen supplies for use. We need more medical supplies, medical equipment, and staff.
Please help us provide dental care, vision care, and other services to help the poor. Your financial donations help to support this much-needed clinic expansion.

Mobile Medical Project
The Mantis Foundation seeks to purchase a large van capable of being stocked with medical supplies and medical staff to provide services to the poor in the rural communities surrounding Pune. this is an urgent need right now with the Covid 19 cases skyrocketing.
We will drive to remote villages surrounding Pune to provide medical examinations, covid rapid testing, vitamins, and basic medical treatment for people who may have never seen a doctor in their life. This is a common issue in India due to extreme poverty and the large population.
Please support the Mobile Medical Project. Make a difference in the lives of many sick people who have no access to medical treatment. We can’t do it without your support. Help us provide Buckets of Hope!
Through your donations, we provide help to our communities. We are changing lives one person at a time.

History of Mantis Foundation
”“Everyone has thoughts, ideas, or visions to do something that impacts the world. Until those concepts are put into action, what good are they? How will one actually accomplish these goals unless it is acted upon?”
Experiencing firsthand the devastating effects of poverty, and the systemic nature of generational hopelessness endured by hundreds of thousands of people in Pune alone, there are so many are without hope. Lacking many of the resources we take for granted here at home. Basic human needs like clothing, food, and shelter are difficult to come by. There is no education for many people. Human trafficking is common.
Medical treatment and healthcare exist only for the wealthy. Basic medicines and hygienic products are not available to much of the population.
How it all Began
In January of 2019, we visited Pune, India. There, we volunteered at a free medical camp to over 1500 poor people from local communities. There were so many issues affecting the people of Pune that really broke my heart. Diabetes, High Blood pressure, malnourishment and dental issues, and hearing loss are prevalent. We were able to provide triage medical examinations, pharmaceutical medications, a visit with a doctor, and health education. It was an amazing experience. The saddest part is that we could only do so much in a 2-week time frame. My vision is to provide medical treatment for the poorest communities year-round.
We traveled around and saw the slums; home to so many people living below the poverty level. They have little to no food or clothing and some are living on the streets. They have nothing. No hope, no education, no medical care, and no future.
In Pune there is a home for young children who were rescued from human trafficking and other unsafe living situations associated with poverty. It is so great to provide housing, clothing, food, education, and love to these children Our vision is to expand this project to house more children as there are so many more that are not yet rescued.
Today we are providing resources through financial contributions to give medical care during the Covid 19 pandemic. We are feeding those in need of food during these harsh times of lockdown and providing funding for education to poor children who cannot afford college.
